The TORFAN company was founded in 1998. Its founder is Józef Izdebski. TORFAN is the first
company in Poland producing casing soil for growing mushrooms based on high and low peat.
Appropriate selection of high and low peat with the addition of lime and chalk combined in a suitable technological process allows to obtain a high quality product with properties favorable for mycelium growth.
